SR SUNTOUR’s Gravity Ambassadors Introduction

Press Release

SR SUNTOUR would like to take a moment and introduce to you our growing gravity fueled family.  They can all rip and all have a similar goal of sharing their love of riding a bicycle all over this great planet.  2014 is going to be a fun year!

“We have a great mix of youth and experience, riding styles and passions within the family.  These guys represent what SR SUNTOUR is all about; to enjoy riding a bicycle on any terrain, anywhere.” Dan Dacko SR SUNTOUR North American marketing guy.

We support, appreciate and work with people that share our vision.  We know they are stoked to ride for SR SUNTOUR but we wanted to share our thoughts about what each member brings to the dinner table for show and tell.

Ryan Berrecloth- His vision and passion for trail building driven by the simple intent of ripping those same trails makes us smile. Dr. Green Thumb lives in the woods, the myths are true

Garett Buehler- He channels his energy beautifully into finding, building and shredding big gnarly lines. He has fun on a bike and it shows in the end. He lays it out there and we appreciate that.

Eric Carter- He is smarter about riding than most people we know, which makes him an invaluable asset to testing and teaching. He loves to ride and loves to share riding with all; an ambassador at the highest level.

James Doerfling- Suns out Guns out! His effortless style makes big lines look steezy and that’s all we have to say about that. We wish our turn down tables looked so good, well, if we could do them that is.

Mike Hopkins- His goals are simple; be creative, explore new trails and ride ’em like you own them. He cares deeply about his riding and sharing it with others. That is long term and with that attitude we know the future holds good things.

Mike Jones – He can rip with the best of them. He rides as much as he can because he loves it. His sensitivity to what his bike is doing is amazing, which helps make our products better every day. On top of that he is one of the nicest people we know.

Bobby McMullen (AKA Blind Bobby)- Read his life story, its humbling. He has ridden all over the world on some very tough trails trusting his riding partner to get him down safely, he is fast doing it and not just for someone with his blindness, it’s inspiring to us. We are glad to be apart of his adventures. To learn more about what he does visit rideblindracing.com and facebook.com/RideBlindRacing

Mark Matthews- His good-natured, laid back vibe makes watching him in the woods, boosting big, a real treat. He has big goals for 2014 and we look forward to seeing him in back in action soon.

Garrett Robertson- An all around creative master on a bike. His ability to ride multiple disciplines on multiple wheel sizes coupled with his enjoyment of riding a bike makes him one fun guy to ride with and watch, we like that!

Brett Tippie- What can be said? A big mountain pioneer who loves to ride, likes to get loose, doesn’t mind a good scare and one of the funniest people we know. Never a dull moment and we love riding with him, most people do, which is why he is such a great ambassador.

Aurélie Tournier – She has been ‘fighting’ at the forefront of female mountain bike freeriding for years and recently helped create the first female big mountain contest in Virgin, Utah. She was the first European female to pull a backflip in a contest; big lines are a norm and she is a blast to ride with. Crossing borders, tearing down walls and having the best time in life!

Guido Tschugg – The only German Freerider, to make it to Rampage, period. With his unparalleled background in 4 X and DH racing it´s no surprise that Guido is all about speed, power and big engines. Living his dream recently brought him to the Himalayas pioneering MTB, creating an experience of a lifetime for him and future generations.

Chris VanDine- He flat out rips no matter what he rides. He pushes the limit and has a blast doing it. His contribution to growing mountain biking in Central and South America is inspiring. He does things for the right reasons, it’s his passion and we are stoked to be apart of it all!

Tobias Woggon – Luftansa’s ‘miles and more’ program must have been created especially for him. Tobias’ mission is simply to travel the globe, scouting unknown spots, bringing back the best stories and images to the world. Get inspired, get your gear together and follow along.
