Last Call: Make a Difference in Sun Valley’s Dirt and Win a Kona Process 134 CR 29!

Press Release: Wood River Trails Coalition

The Wood River Trails Coalition (WRTC), in collaboration with Kona Bikes, Sync Vans and Club Ride, is raffling off a Kona Process 134 CR 29, a Dometic 40 Electric Cooler and $250 gift certificate from Club Ride in support of the WRTC’s mission: to create, maintain and sustain trails for all users. The raffle ends on Sunday, September 6th, 2020 meaning your chance to chip in is now!

The WRTC is a trail stewardship organization based in the Sun Valley, ID area, a community that boasts over 400 miles of singletrack trails literally out the backdoor. We work to get more tools in the dirt and boots on the ground. Our approach is three-pronged: recruit and train skilled volunteers, support local professional trail crews and finance new trail projects. Your $10 directly impacts our ability to get stuff done.

We are raising $20,000 to support our 2020 goals, which includes recruiting 50 new volunteers, completing 600 hours of volunteer trail work, funding 50 miles of professional trail maintenance and building a nest egg for future projects. We have already completed over 700 hours of trail work with 141 volunteers and maintained 46 miles of trail; that is your dollar’s direct impact with on-the-ground results.

We have $10,000 more to go to meet our fundraising goal. Help us cross the finish line!

Raffle tickets are only $10, there is no limit to the amount you can buy. Thank you for your support!

The Kona Process 134 CR defines the modern trail bike. Tech or flow, this precision tool can take about anything you throw at it. Suspension is managed by Fox keeping things lively front and rear, with tried and true SRAM Eagle responsible for shifting duties. If you only have room for one bike in the stable, the Process 134 CR will dutifully handle evening cruises on your local trade routes, weekends in the backcountry, and the occasional rip in the bike park.
