back wheel always comes untrue

For whatever reason my back wheel always comes extremely untrue super fast!!!! is there a way that i can prevent this?

Wheels are a fairly complicated system. Once you bend the rim so far, you can straighten it with the spoke tension, but in order to do it you end up with uneven spoke tension. One side is super tight to pull the rim back straight and the other is loose to allow it to do so. Then if, while shredding the gnar, you load the rim in that area of uneven tension, it's just begging to bend again. It's probably time to replace the rim. By the way, this is more appropriate for the Mechanics Corner.
