I have a sram nx shifter on my diamond back but it wont shift. It's like the shifter on the bars is locked it wont even move to shift it moves just a tad seems like its just locked up. Any opinions on a fix I don't even know where to start.

Well, it's either broken, or the end of the cable has come out of it's stop inside the shifter. Take off the top cover, two or three small bolts on the top I think. Things should get pretty obvious at that point.

I loves me some PB&J. But sometimes one is just not enough, and two is too much. My favorite solution is to make a triple decker. Lay out three slices of bread or toast, cover the outer two in PB, cover one side of the third in J, place J side down on one PB slice, cover the other side in J and top with the other PB slice. You get twice the PB&J and only one more slice of bread, and it helps to seal in the sweet stuff so it doesn't fall in your lap. Works great for PB&Honey too.
