I have an old Rockshock Judy XL on a 15 year old bike that I really like the feel of, is it possible it is a better shock then the Rockshock Reeba SL? am I ignorant- I really would like to change them out, just want some outside experience.

I'm kind of a set it and forget it guy, but even I can tell that suspension has come a long way since the Judy days. But I've got a bag full of old RS cartridges for sale if you want them. That was intended as a joke, but I do have a bag full. What a hoarder. Get the Reeba. Or if you want a more aggressive fork like the XL used to be, get the new Pike or an air Lyric. I love my Lyric. If you stick with the XL, I've got that bag or contact Hippy Tech. I should really send them my bag.
On a side note, the last time I ran an XL it was about ten years ago on a 24" trials bike with the tall upper crown upside down, 3" Judy DH cartridges and DHO lowers. Bad ass for the time.
