Norco aurum

Hi have problem with My norco aurum, The thing is that the rear deraillure is getting stock in the frame when I'm on the low gears, I run a shimano zee short cage, do any one know a way to fix this or is this a normal problem?

You could try running more B tension on the derailleur. It's the little screw in the back that holds the derailleur back away from the frame. It's a finicky adjustment that can affect the shifting if you give it too much, but worth a try. If that doesn't work, you could try adding some padding to the frame to prevent the problem.
