Handlebar set

Hi , I'm planning on making my bike little more stylish, so I watched at handlebars and saw few from carbon. Now, I'm not weight weenie and I actually try to remove carbon on some parts, but I find pretty cheap handlebars w/stem w/seat tube. Are they good? Any way, I have found AM XR Handlebar w/stem w/seat post. Is this any good?
