RST Capa T9 Fork Help

I'm sure no one has this fork, but It came on my bike and I'll be upgrading soon hopefully. But for now could someone explain how to adjust the preload? I can just turn the knobs on top forever and ever and it doesn't seem to do much. I can notice a little difference but I'm looking for more. I'm a pretty big guy and I need a stiffer fork.
