The Northwave Outcross Plus is an awesome shoe to begin with, but these have the addition of a Gore-Tex liner making them possibly the best wet weather mountain biking shoes you can buy. Check out this review for the non-Gore-Tex version. These are even better with the liner, and cooler looking too!

These shoes are brand-new - I have only tried them on in the house and never even mounted cleats to them. Still in original packaging. You can't find these in the US - I ordered them from Europe and am selling them for $150, less than the current price to get them from Europe. That price includes free shipping within the continental US.
A note on sizing: These are a true size 43. If you are a size 10 or a small-ish 10.5 these will fit you perfectly. I am a size 10.5 and my feet run a bit wide, and these shoes were just a bit small so I had to order a size 44. Let me know if you have any questions.
