By connecting the spoke holes in an X pattern to mark the center I was then able the drill the pilot holes Using a metal hole saw and taking plenty of time it was starting to come along nicely. This process makes a mess. Clean up your mess. Here are the rims all full of holes and ready for the sandblaster. I was surprised by the look of the sandblasted rims. Next you gotta fix up an impromptu paint booth out of some bike boxes and get to work. I went for a 2 tone orange fade on these bad boys. Here a the first couple tiger stripes cut out of the tape. After peeling the tape from the first rim i was pleased with the results and knew how to get a better outcome out of the second rim. Here is the bangle out in the wild.
