Can I modify your rack or can you build me a customized rack?

Any modification made to the rack will void your warranty.

Although we love the art of customization, we have invested a significant amount of time and money into designing, testing, and supporting our current products to function at their best, and therefore do not support making any modifications to the rack.

While changing a part may seem harmless, it can have a detrimental effect on the entire system. We use software modeling to better understand the behavior and performance of our racks, and we have created a design that meets the needs of most of our customers within a specified operating window.

That said, we do consider custom work from time to time. Please send us a message with your request and we will get back to you.
