Wheeltop OX EQ cage tension

Does someone know if it's possible to adjust the tension on the cage of the OX EQ. I found some pictures of the derailluer with a screw at the cage but on mine is a plastic cap over that part. Can i remove the plastic cap to adjust the tension?

Yes they say to adjust the tension with the B screw.
