straight to the point i can't bar spin, but have got close. anybody have some tips on not racking yourself??

ive been trying them to heres a tip. I notcied when i did them that coming out of the bowl landing 90 degrees helped because i woundnt be scared of getting jabbed by the bars. It helped me a ton when doing them.

well just commit for it and you will do it. Make sure u got bar ends. I dident and i nearly made myself infertile haha. Had 7 stiches on my leg
