just picked up a trek 4300 disc and im clueless as to some basic maintenance for after a ride when your bike is dirty.
i have most the basic tools needed.

There's nothing too specific to worry about on a per ride basis. Just hose her down and lube the chain. But keep that lube far away from the disc brakes.
