Hey everyone-
A rad bowl infested, oddball tranny ridden skatepark in Chelsea (Manhattan NYC) was slated to allow bikes until a last minute decision to make it skate only.
NYC is pretty rough on bikes as it is. Most parks dont allow them at all and you get tickets for riding on the sidewalks or even running a red light. Rules are rules and I am not here to complain, but I would appreciate some help
