Whatcom Community Outreach - Save the Fork (short version)

This looks to be an end of an era in the northwest MTB community. Sad to see this happen but this certainly won't be the end.
After years of vigorous, user-built sustainable trail development, the North Fork trail system in Whatcom County has come to closure by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Within are candid responses from the community regarding the importance of recreation and potential adverse effects of losing it on quality of life for local residents.
