Video: Big Mountain Enduro back in action with Day 1 of BME #4, Durango

The Big Mountain Enduro returns to the racing scene this Labor Day weekend with it's fourth stop of the series in Durango, Colorado. This weekend of racing is some of the most physically demanding days, racers have seen yet with very little shuttle assistance to climb to the top of Kennebec Pass to start the weekend with Stages 1 and 2 down the Colorado Trail, and on Sunday, all pedal transitions for Stages 3 and 4, closer to town.

For Stage 1, Nate Hills (Mavic/SRAM/Yeti) took the win, followed by JHK, West, Schusler, Anderson, Johnston, Heath, Wolsky, Bond and Diaz.

Krista Park (Cannondale) took the win for the Pro Women followed, Irmiger, Clawson, Harvey and Rawley.

Going into the weekend, the BME Overall Rankings are very close, and Day 2's technical courses can change everything.
