Snowboards at a private ski resort are the decision of the resort. Don't give one shit about e-bikes on private property where authorized.
Please post video of someone complaining about an underpowered snowmobile cutting 4 times as many laps on a cross country ski trail in the backwoods of a small Vermont town for better analogy.

No one can pedal? hmmmm, I pedal just fine on my eMTB, my heart rate gets high on my eMTB just fine...you are aware there are peer reviewed studies that prove class 1 eMTB pedal assist bikes done to anymore damage than a non assist bike. Still don't see what the problem is, I am just glad your attitude was more rampant when I first got one 6 years ago, than it is today.

I ride every week on the same private e-bike legal trails as e-bikes. They punch out 4-5 times as many laps as an MTB so how could 5 laps more not equal MORE damage? They whine like a drill. They come in infinite levels of power that no one can tell apart. There is no way to police them. There are TONS, not a few, videos of people using electric motorcycles that go 35mph hitting the hiking trails, greenway & MTB loops, some with "detachable" pedals.

The people buying them are already breaking rules and going everywhere they are illegal.

Explain to me who will "obey" the power limit rules for e-bikes if NOBODY is obeying the NO E-BIKES rules?

It will all end in MTB being banned from far more places than they are allowed.

I'm not concerned with what level of enjoyment they give. I can see the obvious abuses and in less than 5 years, those abuses haven't multiplied. The abuses are exponential. Tech is screwing the pooch.

Peer review doesn’t mean anything. Who are the peers, bike companies or those with a vested interest in e-bikes? What did the peers say, peers can review a flawed study? What was studied, how was data collected or is this a subjective study? If so not very useful. If objective study, how many samples were taken and what is the confidence value of the results. Finally does the data align with the claim?

i thought you said if vital keeps posting ebike stuff you would stop using the website? or is it related to your account getting disabled on pb and this is the last resort for ya?
