The Future Of British Mountain Biking Is In The Forest Of Dean.

During a brief trip back home to Wales I had the chance get out on a ride with an old school friend, James and his family. Both kids, Bella (8) and Ioan (10) race regularly at the Forest of Dean trail center, even Mum Nanette races!

The kids were little rippers and afraid of nothing. Ioan especially enjoyed giving me tips on my appalling jumping technique. I had such an awesome time, I really did. I didn't want it to end.

I need to get back to the UK this year to get some serious riding in. Any suggestions where?
