Brayton has always been a gnarly rider to watch. Man do I wish the WC this weekend was at Schladming instead. That is a real dh track. Is it just me or does it seems like the WC tracks are getting open, smoother, and more pedally compared to the classic monsters that Sam raised the bar on. (I know there are exceptions, but overall...)

I wish they would have finished filming the rest of the track!! They cut it off right before all of the wooded mega gnar!! I really hope Schladming/Planai gets back into the mix with the UCI. This track is SOOOOO much better than Leogang...

Yeah.......if you could keep posting videos like this one, that would be great. Yeah.

It's a pity he broke himself off at the beginning of the season - Brayton is one of those loose-cannons that is capable of winning a world cup if he keeps it together for a full run.

And yet the World Cup overall is set to be decided 20 minutes up the road at Leogang. Worst track on the circuit next to one of the all time best. . .

I know they "shut it down" for some WC skiing event, but hasn't that happened already? Is so, why no WC dh?? I miss the racing from that track - I'll bet Hill misses it the most, though.

They pulled out from the UCI circuit because Alpine World Champs was hosted there in Feb 2013. It's up to Schladming/Planai to put up the cash to host another UCI event, so we can only hope that they do.

Not much, more responsible maintenance than anything else but it probably looks like it's been surfaced because of the rain. I was there a few months ago and it's still classic Schladming. That video stops just below the halfway point, the infamous woods sections start right after that step-up.

He is so fast on each section. I would have been OTB on some of those. Seriously, this should be a MUST WATCH.
Good on Steel City Media; sometimes you don't need music to make a great 3-5 minute video edit.
