Lenzerheide XC Analysis

XC athletes spend hours trying to improve their physiological fitness and pedalling ability, but how many of them consider course management, in terms of line choice, and technical ability as a way to improve? We decided to do some analysis of xc riders at the Lenzerheide round of the UCI World Cup in Switzerland, 2015. We looked at a few examples of line choice selection and one aspect of downhill technique, comparing Nino Schurter against Jaroslav Kulhavy. These are just a couple of the examples we collected during the day. Massive thanks to Point One Athletic Development and Sick Skills for their input.
