He Potato Chipped It! 12

Drama in Louisiana with a rear wheel debacle.

From the creator of the video
Why does this happen to me? Take my bike to a professional for repairs. Then when I get it back on the road it fails hard. I'm glad I was filming so that I can dispute that a wreck is what caused this "Potato Chipping".

Doesn't really matter, I can accept the fact that I'm a middle aged hell on wheels kind of guy, but damn, don't tell me that they don't make stronger wheels and that I don't know how to ride and that you don't want to be responsible. You accepted responsibility when you took the job sir!

What the bike shop owner in Hammond Louisiana lacks in customer service skills he surely makes up for with arrogance.

Get a load of this!

:-)

I'd have been ok if this bike shop owner would have been a bit more courteous and just declined to work on my bike, but to take a job, replace a wheel, then try to say he doesn't want to be responsible, that doesn't cut it with me. A bike shop owner has to be responsible because they could get somebody hurt. An irresponsible Bike Repair Shop is a scary thing indeed.

I told this man I make youtube videos on my bike. I told him I had 5 people in my fan club. Don't sell me something that's gonna potato chip in 2 miles! Come on
