FSA Orbit Xtreme Pro 1.5R Headset

“Orbit Extreme Pro 1.5R”

The Good:

Seamless installation, no surprises. Deep cup insertion - no rocking ever, no ovalized head tubes. The bearings are huge, so no worries for huckers. Looks like it came out of the Lockheed test facility.

Manitou Dorado Pro Downhill Fork

“Dorado Pro”

The Good:

Simple air system to work with, excellent damping with a wide range, impressively stiff, and very lightweight for the budget-minded model of this fork. Comes in a totally awesome custom case.

After riding this fork for a little over a month on a variety of terrain, all I can say is: the Dorado Pro is forking excellent!!!! Really looking forward to riding this fork over the long haul. Manitou has got this dialed.

Superco Charger Hardtail Frame

FUNN Soljam Viper Flat Pedal

“Funn Soljam Viper Pedals”

The Good:

Good concave design, wide platform, strong, sealed bearings

The Bad:

needs longer pins for better grip(i added 12mm ones), the grip ape center tends to gather alot of mud!

Overall Review:

i would definitely recommend these to anyone who rides more dirt than street and definitely get the sealed bearing version.

Superco Charger Hardtail Frame

“Well done SuperCo”

The Good:

The geometry is dialed - it spins, flips, and boosts so easily. It's simple, solid, and quiet, and for a dirt/skatepark/street machine, I couldn't ask for more. Also, the fact that it is handmade really stands out; a quick glance at the welds is enough to see that Doc put his heart into it!

The Bad:

Needs one more cable tie on the top tube. No biggie really.

Overall Review:

SuperCo NAILED it with this gorgeous bike. The Charger is hands down the nicest ride I have ever owned. This is a bike I'll be on for many years to come.

Snafu Rim Job Tire

“Snafu Rim Job”

The Good:

Great grip on the tarmac and good groomed dirt, well even some loose dirt too. My pump track is made up of mostly DG and these stick pretty good! I think what is good about these is that you can ride great street and then hit the dirt jumps and be confident of the grip.

The Bad:

nothing so far!

Overall Review:

I would highly recommend these. 5 stars!

Five Ten Impact Sam Hill 2 Flat Pedal Shoe

“my favorite shoe”

The Good:

sticky, comfy and looks cool

The Bad:

haven't found any.

Overall Review:

if you ride flat pedals and want a low top shoe, this is it.. no question. if you're cheap and against any sort of color get the plain black ones.
