Overall Review:

I bought this pump because Park Tool is one of the most reputable companies with it come to bike tools. This one is one of their cheaper ones that they offer, but do not let the cheaper price scare you away. It has a plastic base on it with the gauge about a third of the way up the pump shaft. It is ok to read from standing while pumping and has a little red indicator that you can set to the pressure you want to get your tires to. This makes it easier inflate to the right pressure quickly. I have had it for a couple of years and I have not had any issues with reliability. It honestly has lasted longer than I expected it to.

The only real down side is when you try to inflate a brand new tube that has no air in it at all. The inflation head is made for presta and schrader with two different holes. When you insert the new tube valve in, sometimes it does not automatically change to the proper hole, causing the pumped air to go out the wrong hole. Sometimes tapping the inflation head helps, other times you have to get the tube stated with another method. Overall the pump performs well especially for the money.
