Overall Review:

I'll start off by saying that I loved this saddle. Everyone that got on my bike would complain right off the bat how rigid the saddle was, but for me, it was perfect. I definitely do remember thinking it was uncomfortable for the first few rides but quickly got accustomed to it.

If you are looking for a low profile saddle for long miles, you may be served better by something with a little more give, like the Silverado. Most of my riding tops out at about 20 miles, this saddle was perfect for those days. When going further or riding bigger days back to back, I'd definitely notice a bit of soreness after a few hours.

Paired with a 125mm dropper, I found myself hitting my thighs on the corners of the saddle a lot more often that previous saddles I ran on other bikes.  Maybe sliding the its forward on the rails or a longer dropper post would have helped this issue, but it is definitely something to note with the unique shape of the saddle.

I ended up breaking it after 2 years in an otherwise benign crash (it grabbed the back of my leg and must have been twisted as I tried to roll away from the bike). It put up with my riding 3 times a week on average and 2 seasons of fairly wet and gross riding without any significant wear to the finish.

Even with bruised thighs almost weekly, I am torn on a Silverado or another High Tail for a new bike.
