The POC Cortex Flow is a very unique helmet with regards to looks, but does what any good helmet should do - fit well and protect your head. Fitment on the helmet is good and runs fairly true to size, but they do include extra cheek pads in thin and thick to adjust accordingly. The helmet strap is a snap ring and not a D ring, which is nice if you already have your gloves on and find it difficult at times to get the straps snapped. Wore several different pairs of goggles with the helmet and the round back lets you have the strap sit inline or just a tad higher if needed. The pads are washable, which is a bonus to keep your helmet from stinking after park days. With venting, I found the helmet had adequate venting but did get a little hot. All in all a great helmet if you are looking for
