Nice review with two things to praise
- thank god someone put lighter tires on a 140mm bike and admitted it made it better!
- great to see how the bearings coped with the abuse!

"Devinci targets this bike at a somewhat overlooked category - all-mountain. A bit more hearty than a trail bike but not a full-on enduro machine. It may all be semantics, but the term all-mountain needs a revival."

I guess different reviewers rode the 2019 and 2021 versions, but it would be interesting to know how they compare, especially in terms of rear suspension feel.

Moose in the room says "WHY ONLY 2 ISCG TABS?" Can't believe I'm say this, but I think there needs to be a new MTB standard.... If HTA is 65.5 or slacker, it deserves the ability for a full chain & bash guide.

Funny because I do most of my bashguard smashing on technical climbs and getting over low-speed logs and rocks, not on downhills. I would never want an MTB without one.

Me too but The last chain I broke are from low speed log clearing then mashing the peddles on an up shift.
I’m running a 2 bolt iscg and it gets bent about. I might weld on a third.

I think this bike is really ugly but heaps better looking than the current gen Spartan. Maybe it just looks futuristic, and I acknowledge beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway.
