Product Spotlight: iXS Gravity Gloves

Get a grip!

For mountain bikers, full finger gloves serve a number of purposes. Of course they are there to protect the rider’s hands in case of a crash, but there’s more to gloves. They add to the riding comfort, offering a wee bit of padding and improved grip on the handlebar – especially on those hot days when you sweat a lot. With iXS Sports Division, gravity riders get to chose between the DH oriented DH-X 1.1 or DH-X 1.2 models and the freeride BC-X 1.1 or BC-X 1.2.

The major difference between the freeride and DH gloves is the discipline specific preformed palms. The DH gloves get some extra protection on the back of the hand dubbed TPR, which is a heat processed synthetic. Apart from that, all gloves from iXS Sports Division share a lot of features: They are made from antibacterial, breathable and moisture wicking stretch fabric with some strategically placed mesh inserts and a patch of terry cloth at the thumbs. The silicone grip print makes sure you do not lose your grip even on the hottest days.
