how do u give this effect pan with zoom in zoom out or rotating camera at slow shutter speed ?

this is a fish eye 8mm lens, with panning and rotating the camera simultaneously at slow shuter speed, with flash set on second curtain,it can give great results, but it is hard to get the sharpnes and the details on the rider right...Thanks for comment...
