Once again the KHS riders proved that they were a serious threat. Kevin was hoping to back up his winning streak from the recent Fontana Winter series (3 in a row), but would settle for a 5th place at Bootleg. As team manager Quinton Spaulding put it, "You're still on the wood!" Kevin raced his 650b DH bike. If tires can survive Bootleg, they can survive any DH course.
