The seat angle is 75, must have a set back post i'd say! The bike is on a funny angle though. Maybe he likes 30 mile rides and wants to smoke fools on strava once in a while?. And, Yes Specialized has become what they are today by making decent bikes, advertizing the hell out of them by sponsoring key riders and selling bikes for $$$
