The biggest one-day downhill race of the year is upon us in Mont-Sainte-Anne for the 2019 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. The bikes have been taking center stage, but now it's time for those bikes to be hurled into rocks, roots and trees of a classically brutal MSA course. Sven Martin, @maddogboris and Dan Hearn capture the early excitement from Canada.
