Race Face has developed a new storage layers system. It's a minimalistic way of carrying the basic items for a ride. Similar to Specialized SWAT apparel, but developed at the same time, the new storage layers system is available for both men and women and will come at very competitive price points.
Highlighting the lineup is the Stash Storage Tank. The Stash Storage Tank has room for a hydration pack, hydration hose routing, and three elastic pockets that are free at the bottom for improved mobility. It’s long enough to tuck into your shorts. If you do bring along a hydration pack, it has the potential to keep you cooler as the bladder is in close to your skin.
The Rip Strip is a waist belt that looks similar to a kidney support. It has 3 zippered pockets and 3 elastic pockets, as well as an adjustable Velcro waist strap.
The Stash Storage Bib Short rounds out the line. It is similar to the other designs except for it includes 2 additional thigh fuel storage pockets and a chamois pad. Rubberized grippers on the inside of the thighs keeps the shorts in place, and very light mesh side panels keep them cool.
