It may look like they do in this photo. But if you enlarge the photo and place a ruler or something along the stanchions you will see it's just an optical illusion due to the edge of the number plate.
If they would have flexed the fork must suffer to very bad stiction..

It's cool to see how much the stanchions are flexing... Even on the 40mm stanchions... Goes to show how hard these guys are going...
