Ticks all the boxes for me, although I just replaced the pads and roc loc on my old Xen only a week ago. Dangit.

Price looks decent (150 USD)... How does it compare venting-wise and fit-wise with say a Bell Super, Smith Forefront or POC Trebec?

The Roc Loc Air system on the Montaro wraps very close to 360-degrees around your head, making the helmet pretty much custom fit to your dome shape. As a result it's pretty comfy. The pads are generous and well placed.

Venting wise it's as impressive as they claimed. The Bell and POC do pretty well in this department too, but aren't quite on the same level. The Smith struggles here as all those little straw tubes can block air flow. I'm a sweater, as the photo in this feature shows, though it seems to be a bit less in the Montaro. What I do sweat it soaks up in a hurry, with no drips in my eyes or on my glasses.

Why not just continue with the "ZEN" name?

Not enough vent holes for enduro!
