Amy Morrison earned the 2021 US National Enduro MTB Championship this weekend in Winter Park. Amy was the defending 2020 champion and kept that stars-and-stripes jersey aboard her Fuji Rakan LT.

The Rakan is an alloy 29er with 150mm of rear travel and 160mm up front. Fuji's MLink suspension is a 4-bar with the lower, rear pivot mid-way across the chainstay.

Amy runs FOX suspension with a Float 38 fork and Float X2 shock. A Shimano XTR drivetrain and brakes roll with WTB CZR i30 wheels with WTB 2.5 Vigilante tire up front and Specialized Eliminator out back. She has Shimano bars at 760mm wide with a Tennet 37mm stem.

Here are some notes about setup from Amy

  • I use 90% rear brake so 4-piston with a 203mm rotor in the back is a must.
  • I run my suspension on the stiffer side.
  • Running the new WTB CZR carbon rims, and am impressed with them not cracking or coming out of true after a few months of smashing.
  • I have a Sensus Lite rip on the right and a Meaty Paw on the left due to my two of my fingers being super fat and needing more cushion and less bending. One finger has a small break.
