TOUGH DAY AT THE OFFICE - World Champs Qualifying Slideshow

View as: Slideshow | One Page

There wasn't a single World Championships Downhill mountain bike racer that had an easy day in Leogang today. Dry, the track is challenging enough, but moisture in the wooded areas  dictated where wheels and tires would travel, despite objections from the pilots. Regardless, qualifying took place, riders went down, helmet visors came off and Vali Holl and Loris Vergier went fastest. With heavy snow looming on Sunday's race day, they could be your 2020 World Champs. Let's see what it took to get there, should that result come to fruition, thanks to Sven Martin, @maddogboris and Dan Hearn. Slideshow time!
