From cross-country to downhill, Stan's updated their entire line of mountain rims with wider internal widths. On the Flow and Arch rims, they removed the internal arch/web structure. The Flow MK3 rim sees a 20g decrease while gaining a slight boost in stiffness, while the Arch MK3 weighs the same but sees a 25% stiffness increase.
