Mid-Season Bike Park Update:
Well, it’s August and the monsoon season is in full swing here in Angel Fire! That means our awesome cacao pow dirt is at its best bringing you tacky traction turns that will have you burping tires and flinging tire sealant at your riding buddies behind you.
The trail crew has been putting lots of hours in excavating and taking advantage of the moisture that Mother Nature is giving us. Keep an eye out for all several new connectors to our favorite runs like
Lower Supreme, Fo’ Sho’ to World Cup and more.
Angel’s Plunge got a major upgrade for this season adding almost a mile of new trail towards the bottom half that features single track with machine sections… one of my favorites for the season!
Enlightenment XC trail features a new cut that added 1 mile of trail with an amazing overlook of the mountain. We’ve completed lots of Boulder Dash work smoothing out breaking bumps/holes and recapping jumps and berms.
Lower Supreme saw some love with a massive rebuild of a berm you can see from Google Earth and other work as well. Diesel from Hub A has some new features sprinkled in for your enjoyment.
What’s coming? We’re looking forward to the completion of the infamous Devinci’s Code, which is on track to open in two weekends!
Also, new bridge work and wood features are being constructed & re-routes for Easy Street and Boulder Dash are next up.
Really there are too many things to list and give away, you just need to get here to see it all for yourself!
If you’re coming this weekend, be sure to enter the 3rd Fire Five Race! There is still time to win the overall series and a chance to walk away with amazing prizes and ca$h money!

Update your calendars, we are moving Gravity Games to Saturday, October 7. We are very excited to move this event to October so that we can create an end of the season celebration for all bike park enthusiasts to enjoy. So, make sure to get your riding buddies and dates set so we can all have fun. That’s what bikes are all about!
Look forward to shredding with everyone!
