Why we hustled so long to bring the marketers beloved word “carbon” into our chain guides line? Well, at Mozartt we take our work step by step, so we won’t need to reply to warranty claims and negative reviews with “oh, sorry, it’s a prototype” kind of BS. We treat each of our products with “one to rule them all” rule so when we step into “carbon” fabrication, you know this stuff is about the break the market as “the lightest, the toughest, the most affordable one – the Mozartt HXR!

mozart MXR carbon - ultra lightweight chain device!

Why to even use carbon in chain guide market with so much narrow-wide chain rings rolling each day? If your reputation and health depends just on one “not so friendly to bumps” technology, we highly suggest to get some race proven technology to keep you away from over the bars flights. Our carbon fibers are about 5-10 µm diameter and composed mostly of carbon atoms. For every tow, 3 000 of fibers are bundled together and woven into a fabric. For each chain guide, we use over 50 layers of fabric, which are filled with resin, heated and pressed to get maximum stiffness, high tensile strength and low weight. If the sheet is ready, we use high precision CNC machines to shape the back plate of chain guide. Cutting the long story short – atomic power is keeping your chain on track!

Mozartt HXR was created for those who likes to travel with a single chain ring during their enduro or cross country shredding duties. Unique design protects the chain ring from the impacts and rocks while keeping it in the right position. No more O.T.B! Upper guide plate uses an easy mounting system and due to a fact, that no part is touching the chain, drivetrain spins flawlessly. All the time! The bash guard could be easily removed with just one tool in case on an emergency on the track, so yeah, plug & play is our concern too!
