Ciclista-America Sidi bicycle shoe Refurbishment Service

Fact: Sidi shoes are built to a higher standard than any other bicycle footwear in the world and often last many seasons longer than any other shoe brand.

It is not unusual for Sidi to hear of riders still cranking in Sidi shoes over 15 years old! That said even a Sidi shoe will not last forever, all those crank rotations will wear out even the best shoe. Proper maintenance can extend or enhance the riders experience but it is not possible to expect any product to outlast its materials parameters.

With those thoughts in mind Ciclista America, Sidi's exclusive USA importer and distributor for Sidi shoes has created a new service exclusively for Sidi clients.

Ciclista-America Refurbishment Service for Sidi shoes is available for most Sidi shoes that are less than ten years old. After ten years even a Sidi shoe is ready for retirement so a refurbishment would not be practical.

All refurbishments are handled by Bill Berroth, the only Sidi Factory trained technician outside of Sidi's factory in Italy.

Bill was trained by members of the legendary Sidi production team and is exceedingly equipped to handle any shoe issues. (And he knows the right guy to ask, if necessary)

How Ciclista-America Refurbishment Service works:

• To begin the process and to save time, send an email to Bill Berroth at csr@ciclista-america.com, accompanied by numerous images of the shoes in question. Please shoot the top, side, bottom, etc. to give us a good idea of what the shoes might need. Bill will reply whether the shoes can be refurbished or not along with shipping data.
• Inbound freight is the client’s responsibility. Return ground freight within the continental USA is paid by Ciclista-America.
• Each refurbished shoe is returned in a new Sidi shoe box wrapped in souvenir Elite packing material and includes all old, replaced, parts.
• Cost is $50 per pair plus the cost of any parts replaced and applicable taxes.
• Turn around time averages 5-7 working days from receipt. (Bill needs time to ride too)
