The latest [and largest] installment of Sender Magazine is out now featuring Sam Hill, Steve Peat, Cam Zink, Ryan ‘R-Dog’ Howard, Neko Mulally, Mitch Ropelato, Tahnée Seagrave and many more…
In this issue:
We chatted to Cam Zink about Reno Fest, new sponsors and more world records before taking a closer look at how Mitch Ropelato, Tahnée Seagrave, and William Robert set up their rides. We tapped into the scene in Santa Cruz, California, and gained some insight into one of freeriding's most exciting talents, Bend, Oregon's Carson Storch. We also spoke to professional trail builder Duncan Ferris about 4X racing, pump track construction and a whole load more...
In the features department, we try to get our heads around why Sam Hill is such a bad ass on a bike, get to the bottom of why the Swedes are so damn good at slopestyle and met up with the talented Vero and Leo Sandler. We ventured to the North of England to find out how Michael Bonney and Pat Campbell-Jenner made a rad bike against the odds, while Seb Kemp hit the hallowed slopes of Retallack, BC. We then headed to the Deep South to spend some time with a shovel-wielding Neko Mulally at the Windrock Bike Park.
Coach to the stars, Alan Milway, gave us insight into what it takes to pick yourself up after a crash and we talked ‘industry standards' with a master shopkeeper. The man behind Starling Cycles opened up about chasing your dreams and building a bike company. We also caught up with Steve Peat and the crew behind Gamble, this year's most exciting movie release. We then delved head first into the world of Ryan ‘R-Dog’ Howard, and to wrap this beast of an issue off, former world champ Manon Carpenter reminds us all why her dad is such a legend… oh, and Tyler ‘TMAC’ McCaul is on the front cover getting rad too.
