Jamie Goldman and Santa Cruz Bicycles have been working together for a long time, 14 years to be exact. And while it may come as a shock that the two have decided to move in different directions, it is not the end for either party. Goldman has decided to focus more of his efforts into film and photo related projects. Jamie would like to say,“I’ve had some of the best times of my life working with Santa Cruz Bikes, I consider many of the workers at the factory good friends and my relationship with Roskopp remains untainted. I respect the hell out of that guy, he runs a solid company with great bikes and I would never let something like this come between such a long friendship. I’ve known Rob since I was a tyke, and I had a great time working with him, I grew a tremendous amount as a person and an athlete while we worked together and I owe him a great deal of gratitude. As for the future, it looks bright, I’m planning on attending select Slopestyle, Enduro, and Downhill events, UDUG2013 is on, and I’ll be putting a huge focus on capturing a film segment that I am truly proud of. To everyone: Keep shredding your bike, and I’ll see you out on the trail!”

So keep your eyes out for Jamie Goldman and his upcoming season. He’s all smiles and excited for his new adventure.
