Neko Mulally's hometown is reviving their urban downhill race...looks like a blast!

The Duryea Downhill is the United States premier urban downhill mountain bike race. Riders start atop Mount Penn, at the historic William Penn Memorial Fire Tower descend into city park. Although this race is urban in setting, the track features the same natural terrain as the big mountain resorts. The Duryea Downhill is a legendary one of the kind race that has not been held since 2007 due to renovations to the pagoda area and city park. This year the city of Reading is prepared to hold the race once again and is pleased to announce the return of one of it's largest and most exciting sporting events. May 12-13 2012 the Duryea Downhill returns to Reading, Pennsylvania. -
