This just in from USA Cycling...
Dual slalom racing will return as a part of the 2011 and 2012 USA Cycling Mountain Bike Gravity National Championships; with the 2011 edition scheduled for Sept. 23-25 in Beech Mountain, North Carolina.

Glad you guys are pumped. Took a little while but I am glad we got it all worked out. Hopefully we can get some of the old school slalom guys to make an appearance.....come on Lopes you know we all want to see you race.
USAC does care, right now we are trying to work out the best schedule for the racers.....that's right we are trying to make it a schedule you are all happy with. More ride time is my main goal. Oh and for bstens, there is a beer festival scheduled for Saturday at Beech.....Saturday is slalom day!!!
