Professional Mountain Bike Athlete and Crankworx Speed & Style winner Daryl Brown has signed with Whyte bikes as a rider, brand ambassador and co-conspirator in the development of Whyte’s first Pump Track bike, slated for release next year.
As well as competing in selected high-profile events Daryl will also be showcasing the current range of bikes, creating weekly content for Whyte’s social channels and supporting the launch and marketing of new products as they come on line.
Daryl Brown said: “I couldn’t be happier joining Whyte bikes. I already feel like part of the family as we all share the same passion for Mountain Biking and having fun while doing so! They have a great range of bikes and I intend to shred them all! We are also developing a Pump Track bike together which goes back to my roots of being a dirt jumper, which is where it all started for me!”
Guy Farrant, owner and MD of Whyte Bikes said “Daryl is a supremely skilled extreme rider and a welcome addition to the Whyte family. For us it’s equally important that he’s a local rider too. He is responsible for building some of the trails in Friston Forest which we ride regularly and living local to our HQ will allow us to build a close working relationship to make the most of our collaboration.”
