After 2 days of intense racing in the massive mountains of Samoens, we have our winners. In the men's, American Richie Rude wins his first ever EWS event, finally making good on the promise shown during several previous races, while Tracy Moseley continues her dominance with an easy victory in the Women's.
It was one of the tightest EWS races ever, with only 0.2 seconds separating Nicolas Vouilloz and Richie Rude at the start of the last stage. When the dust settled, the young American got the better of legends Vouilloz and Barel who finished 2nd and 3rd respectively, capping off a remarkable race. Stay tuned for slide show action dropping later!

a shame they disqualify a guy when he is on 5 overall (day one)
if it was something to be disqualified he would not be racing, but as race organizers thought he was a nobody only when they see what the guy is capable off they do that
