RESULTS - EWS Val di Fassa #2 - Day One PRO Stage 3

Racing got underway today in Val di Fassa for the 2nd race of this EWS double-header event, where the elite men and women tackled the PRO stage - a extra lap down tomorrow's final stage. Besides already being on the clock, the racers were also competing for bonus points towards the overall EWS standings as well as a chance to improve their seeding position ahead of tomorrow's full day of racing (if going later can indeed be considered an improvement, given the higher likelihood of afternoon thunderstorms in the area). Thunderstorms did indeed already come into play today, with tricky conditions to deal with especially for the elite women, as evidenced by the sudden appearance of a bunch of triple-digit numberplates at the top of the results sheet.
