Nicolas Vouilloz and Tracy Moseley Lead EWS Samoens After Day 1 3

We're back in the big mountains for round 4 of the 2015 Enduro World Series, and as always in the big mountains, there are plenty of unknowns and usually some drama. Day 1 delivered with the weather causing delays to the start and ultimately the cancellation of one stage, and some pretty wild swings in the overall standings throughout the day.

Nicolas Vouilloz is bringing his experience to bear with unmatched consistency and a stage win to hold a slim lead over Richie Rude going into day 2, while Tracy Moseley is taking full advantage of Anne-Caro Chausson pulling out (due to illness) to control the women's race. Jerome Clementz took a stage win as well, and sits only 13 seconds back in 4th. Jared Graves should be reasonably pleased with 7th in his return to racing after a lengthy injury layoff, despite some crashes on slippery bridges and a mechanical on Stage 1. Sam Blenkinsop and Wyn Masters are holding it down for the DHers too! Stay tuned as we go into the 2nd and last day tomorrow to find out who will be crowned winners in Samoens.
