Gee Atherton was SMOKING down the hill in his run, setting the bar very high with only the top 5 riders to go. Minnaar would eventually come down 0.74 seconds ahead of Gee, securing the win at Leogang and adding more points to his lead in the overall points.

First place qualifier Sam Blenkinsop went flat out but made a few mistakes and ended up 4th on the day, just behind Yeti's Aaron Gwin.

Peaty put in a good run and held the hot seat for quite awhile until he was upset by Cam Cole. The two ended up 6th and 5th, respectively.
The bottom half of the course appeared to get slower as finals progressed, which *may* have been favorable for those with slower qualifying times.

All the above and how about Steve Smith? 11th after essentially getting knocked out a couple days prior - what?!? Hell of a race - seemed like several folks made one mistake too many and are totally doing the "what ifs" right now.
Champrey should be a slugfest...even w/o Hill if that's the case.
